Airbnb Turnaround Cleaning

We are highly experienced in Airbnb turnaround cleaning and short-term rental maintenance, which accounts for nearly 40% of our cleans each month. We serve NYC — including Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens — and follow cleaning standards similar to luxury hotel procedures. We strip all linens and towels, launder them on-site, or utilize a nearby laundromat if required.

We service everything from full apartments to single studios, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. For stays longer than 28 days, we recommend booking a deep cleaning instead of a standard clean to allow sufficient time for a thorough service.

Amenity Monitoring

We can help monitor and restock amenities like shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, or any other essentials for your guests. We’ll notify you when supplies are running low or purchase them on your behalf, adding the cost to your cleaning bill. Helping you maintain a 5-star review status is our top priority, so every clean must be perfect.

Linen Washing & Folding Options

If you have a washer and dryer in your apartment or building, we wash, fold, and remake the beds as part of the service. If laundry facilities are off-site, we drop linens at the laundromat and collect them during the next scheduled clean. You will always have the same cleaner assigned to your property for consistency.

Please note:

• We do not wash and fold off-site on the spot at laundromats — only drop-off and pick-up during the next visit.

• Ensure you have 2–3 extra sets of linens and towels for seamless turnaround.

Pricing Examples (Including Sales Tax)

• Studio – $155.89 (includes up to $15 for laundry drop-off/pick-up)

• One Bedroom – $175.89 (includes up to $20 for laundry drop-off/pick-up)

• Two Bedroom – $195.89 (includes up to $25 for laundry drop-off/pick-up)

• Additional bedrooms or bathrooms – $45.00 plus sales tax

Any laundry costs above the capped amount will be added to your cleaning fee.
